Access to information held by North Shore Gang Show about individuals is restricted
Who and what you can see is tailored to your involvement in the show.
- You can see all the information held about you
- You can edit all personal information and we encourage you to check this and edit it as required
- Current Show Team & Cast will see everyone, except Cast Parents & Caregivers

Supporters with no current involvement will only see other registered supporters
and Adult Cast Members - Current Show Youth members will only be visible to Current Show Team & Cast

Parents and caregivers of cast will only see themselves and their records will only be visible to the administration Admins

No personal contact or medical information is visible to other users with the following exceptions:
- GS Scout Leader, Directors and those assistants that require it have access to all Contact and Medical info
- Cast Patrol Leaders and APL's have access to phone and email information for their patrol
- Direction Team & Executive will have access to contact information
